Zavio gears up for H.264 Megapixel box IP camera

The Zavio F5100/F5105 is a full featured, yet cost-effective H.264 1.3 Megapixel box IP camera for professional security surveillance and remote monitoring, which makes it an ideal choice for securing offices, shops and other indoor facilities.

The superior video quality of Zavio F5100/F5105 is also achieved through providing maximum 15 frame rates in SXGA resolution (1280x1024) and 30 frame rates in VGA resolution (640x480), which performs the smooth video for live securing and storage. Furthermore, there are 4 selectable resolutions included HD 720P set via configuration web page in each compression for increasing flexibility.
Zavio F5100/F5105 also provides multiple H.264, Motion JPEG, and MEPG-4 video streams, which help connect to the camera through mobile phone with MPEG-4 stream, recording the video to desktop PC with Motion JPEG stream, and using laptop to monitor indoor facilities with H.264 stream simultaneously. With multiple streams, the camera can truly realize A3: anytime anywhere access.
Power over Ethernet is capable in Zavio F5100, which offers two obvious benefits: cost saving of cable wiring and flexibility of device placement. For high security applications, ex: banks, even if the power is failed, it offers uninterruptable operation as long as the network is still workable. Zavio F5105 offers high performance wireless transmission with IEEE 802.11 b/g capabilities, which is flexible to choose either a wireless connection to the network or a wired connection to the network. In addition, Zavio F5105 supports WEP 64/128 bit and WPA/WPA2-PSK to enhance wireless connection security. Zavio F5100/5105 will be available to order in Q3 2009.
